Bowie StreetReach is a Christian service based ministry started at
Mt Oak UMC with multi-church movement coordinated and supported by Turn On The Light Bowie.
Bowie StreetReach provides teenagers, young adults and adults with the chance to make a difference in the lives of local residents through practical acts of service and kindness.
We aim to demonstrate the love of Jesus through the service provided to people with real need.
From the beginning of Bowie StreetReach, we have worked with the City of Bowie through their ‘Neighbors Helping Neighbors' program, and have had the chance to reach those in the City with the greatest need.
